WHAT IS YOUR WORTH, WORTH?

What is your worth, worth?
Your journey through life mirrors how you
feel about yourself, believe in yourself.
If you get stuck in the story. You begin to believe
you have lost your direction in life.
All around you are signs that you lack worth.
The job, the boss, the failing relationship.
Your self-worth is the barometer on how you
move through life, up or down.
Shakespeare said, "There is nothing either
good or bad only our thinking makes it so."
Henry Ford said, "Whether you believe your
right or wrong your right".
If you were an artist would you continually
paint pictures that remind you how bad you
feel or how unworthy you believe you are.
Would you hang a picture on your wall that
you hate to look at?
But what would I be without my story?
How could I break this cycle?
How about just starting a new chapter.
There's a balance between owning and honoring our
life experiences and not getting stuck in them.
We often feel stuck, live in fear and denial, which
leads us feeling like we're spinning our wheels.
If you spend too much time stuck in your story, it's like
getting stuck in a groove on a record.
Picture your mind as a blank canvas, a blank page
You have a choice whether you are going
to paint or write something new and fresh or
continue on with yesterday world or problems.
Einstein said, "You can't solve a problem with
same thinking that created it in the first place".
Its your choice. What are you going to create today.
PS: Don't forget to create it with you in it.
You Worth it!

Living in the Mystery

What does it take to live in the Mystery?
What is the mystery? Does it mean to live with
no assurances?
To live in the gray. No black or white. No control.
Control, what do we actually control?
We really only control our thinking.

We day dream, we drift off.
Are you wasting your time and therefore your
live by day dreaming.

What if you could day dream with a purpose.

Direct your thoughts, your our dreams into action.
Could you manifest your own best self.
Now we all have choices in our lives.
Would you rather be happy or right?

So to live in the mystery is choosing to be happy
in the face of uncertainty.

Uncertainty is like going with the flow from opinion to opinion.
Uncertainty is like swimming upstream, going nowhere.

To be truly in the flow means to direct your flow.
When one is caught in a current, one is told to

head toward the land but swimming parallel to the land
and little by little you will make it back to land.
So with intention you can direct your flow and
therefore your life.
So to go into the mystery, is to surrender control.
So you ask, how do surrender control and still direct my flow?
'Ask' for what you want.
'Feel' what it is like to have your desired outcome already.
Then you release it to the universe.
'Accept' that you are deserving and worthy of receiving
goodness and light into your life.
'Receive', be open to receiving your hearts desire.

Then you bless it, which opens you to receive more.
The final step is to not get tied up in the outcome.

You can't get poor enough.

You can't get sick enough to help a single person.
You deserve goodness.

You deserve greatness in your life.

So to live in this mystery we call life. We put out our intention,

let it go and again, are NOT tied up in the outcome .
To be present in the mystery we must know who we are.
The question is how many of us know who we truly are?
Who are you? You might know you our body, mind and some of us
might even know or be in touch with our spirit, our soul.

"The soul is. It has no beginning and no end
but flows toward wholeness. The personality emerges
as a natural force from the soul. It is an energy tool
that the soul adapts to function within the physical world.
Each personality is unique because the configuration
of the energy of the soul that formed it is unique."

(quoting from the 'Seat of Soul')

It is your persona of the soul, so to speak that interacts
with physical matter.
'Persona' is where we get our word personality.
In Greek 'persona' means masks.

So personality means the masks that we wear.
We all wear different masks or hats.
We all have different masks or personalities for work, friends and home.
But sometimes we can have some many masks, that we loss our true authentic self and then loss connection to the soul,

therefore we step out of the flow and disconnect from source.
Could this is be the origins of mental illness like schizophrenia?
Have you fragmented yourself so much you have loss

your way back to Soul.

The Buddha says
"Don't believe what I say. Find out what is real or true for you"

"Just Breathe, Believe and know you are Whole'

Empowerment

Healing Ourselves through Empowerment
Empowerment refers to increasing the spiritual, political, social or economic strength of individuals and communities. It often involves the empowered developing confidence in their own capacities.
The process which enables one to gain power, authority and influence over others, institutions or society. Empowerment is probably the totality of the following or similar capabilities:-

* Having decision-making power of one's own
* Having access to information and resources for taking proper decision
* Having a range of options from which you can make choices (not just yes/no,
either or)
* Ability to exercise assertiveness in collective decision making
* Having positive thinking on the ability to make change
* Ability to learn skills for improving one's personal or group power.
* Ability to change others’ perceptions by democratic means.
* Involving in the growth process and changes that is never ending and self-
initiated
* Increasing one's positive self-image and overcoming stigma
* Increasing one's ability in discreet thinking to sort out right and wrong

In short, empowerment is the process that allows one to gain the knowledge, skill-sets and attitude needed to cope with the changing world and the circumstances in which one lives.
Empowerment can be attained through one or many ways. An important factor in the discovery and application of the human "self empowerment" lies within the tools used to unveil the truth. It has been suggested that Yoga is one such tool that can be used for more than the obvious physical benefits. When Yoga is practiced consistently the mind/body connection is apparent. Through this connection, the individual finds him or herself with a stronger sense of self and the ability to change areas where bad habits rule, negative emotions run rampant, even controlling addictions through understanding them for what they are. What can be more empowering than gaining control over self.(wikipedia)
The most powerful form of medicine is to uplift the spirit of the person. When we help people help themselves we are on the road to empowering them. Then in turn empowering ourselves.
I saw a segment on TV about the movie "Blindside". The true story about what happens when you empower a person to be better, to believe they are worth it. To achieve greatness. To stand in there own power. In the interview with family they talk about the benefit they received are greater than they give out and that there truly
blessed for it.
It is in the giving that we receive. When you unconditionally uplift another person to achieve there dreams you will receive a healing that only the Universe can bestow.
Empowerment is the true meaning of Unconditional Love.

The true meaning of Passionate Arrogance

The word arrogance is a word that is misunderstood. In the 16th century the original word arrogant was derived from the Latin word, arrogare. Meaning:'Claiming for oneself'
What if we claimed the knowledge we passionate knew for oneself for the purpose of sharing and teaching it without worrying what others thought even if others think of us as arrogant. Is that still considered arrogant?
Sometimes we're confident in something so passionately that we may come across as arrogant to others. Should this shake our confidence or dampen our passion? We should
not let the opinions of others effect our willingness to share or to teach make us fearful of striving for more.
Ask and ye shall receive, and then we have to be willing to truly receive. With receiving you have the opportunity to give to others. Which is truly why we receive.
Knock and the door shall open onto you. And if it does not open, knock on others until
one opens onto you. Then you must not fear entering. The light might be bright but fear
not this where you belong. The ability to give of oneself will keep opening more doors
onto you.
Giving of what you know. This is what I call, 'Passionate Arrogance'. Having the confidence to share and teach what you are passionate about. But always check in on yourself so your passion doesn't turn into negative pride and inflated ego.
Now if you're claiming something for oneself for the capability of sharing with others. That's Passionate Arrogance.
But if you're claiming something for the ability just to claim it and boost about it, then that is truly arrogance.
You never truly learn something until you can teach it to others. So do it with passion, do it with Passionate Arrogance and Pay it Forward.
